Save the Dates: Advent… Okay, Event Calendar 2025 For the eCommerce Folks
A dream grand tour across the top eCommerce business event venues, from ritzy grandiose shows to cosy stylish get-togethers for boldest enthusiasts
What would you do if all of a sudden you had a bottomless marketing budget? Other than breaking bad, buying you a puppet social media, and becoming a political messiah?
As for us, we find the sheer idea of revealing our expensive taste in marketing strategies mildly rebellious in itself. Thus, our most audacious fantasy would be business event-hopping all year round, all across the US, Europe, and beyond.
This ideally hilarious hobby would put us in the thick of today’s eCommerce advances, the marketer’s heavens. And who we are not to make the most of it? Unlimited access to firsthand know-how and trends, divine networking opportunities, to say nothing of the sheer honor of sticking to the global eCommerce community.
Now, fasten the belts, we’re taking off to start the thrilling business nomad venture! But hey, don’t we need an accurate roadmap for the trip to ease ourselves into the nothing-is-impossible reality?

JANUARY • 11–14th
MACH Alliance’s NRF 2025: Retail’s Big Show
New York City, US
Now that the holiday season fireworks have died down, conveniently, our starting point is the renowned capital of Christmas, New York City.
And just like that, we drop the romance where we’re first skating, devouring bagels, meeting a beautiful stranger, and exercising snow angels under the stars. We’re serious about making it to a much more entertaining premiere, the Retail’s Big Show powered by NRF Foundation.
Why the interest? Because it’s MACH!
Remember? Microservices-enabled, API-first, Cloud-native, and Headless. This is all about the bright future of composable commerce, which is our team’s religion. To the extent that one day we’d love to become a proud member of the MACH Alliance.
Besides, the event is classy. Within the relaxed setting of Cedric's at The Shed, we can’t wait to be mingling around the retail industry leaders, networking with eCommerce pros, and discussing the findings of the 2025 Global Annual Research.
Over 6,200 brands featured, and authority speakers from Walmart and New Balance Athletics announced—this is for real! We’re definitely in. Or we dream so.

FEBRUARY • 17-19th
The Convenience Distribution Marketplace
The Woodlands, Texas, US
Then we’re moving to the Woodlands, Texas, and checking into The Waterway Marriott. Hang the expense! We’re eager to make the rounds at the Hotel & Convention Center, where the exclusive national conference and trade show happens.
Namely, the US wholesale convenience product distributors will educate us on sales, supply chain, commerce tech, and leadership tricks, to say nothing of building potential business collaborations within the vertical.
Making $102 billion in annual sales, the convenience distribution market is a crucial platform interconnecting manufacturers and retailers.
Thus, the show is a must-attend for us folks who aspire to provide a solid tech underpinning for the sector’s insiders.
MARCH • 10-12th
UniPro Foodservice Spring Conference
Denver, US
Colorado State next, Denver. Treating ourselves to another ritzy resort, and this will be Gaylord Rockies which this year hosts one of the signature UniPro Foodservice conferences. What’s so special about them?
First, foodservice is the vertical where Amitech Group majors. Today, most of our projects center around foodtech and HoReCa apps.
Second, UniPro Foodservice is a renowned distribution cooperative providing privileged shopping opportunities all around the US. Their events are the perfect combo of peer networking and first-hand insights on customer purchasing journeys from industry leaders.
Plus, prepare to have the time of your life enjoying uncompromisingly delicious food and divine music at iconic venues. Last year, we scraped through the Web Summit marathon without excusing ourselves to a minute of after-party fun. But this time we aren’t leaving the show like that. Not until we get our wants and needs met.
APRIL • 23-25th
Japan's largest IT/Digital Transformation (DX) show
Tokyo, Japan
Dream big, and witness the largest IT exhibition housed by the Tokyo Big Sight Convention Center. We are determined to make a sharp turn in our US tour and venture a costly flight right to the capital that lives and breathes technology.
Formerly held as 12 dedicated shows across different tech niches, this year’s Japan IT Week rebranded to throw a unified party expanding into digital transformation, sales and digital marketing, and, most importantly, eCommerce.
Sections and expos abound, but we are particularly interested in the one covering online store and logistics management and development for retail, HoReCa, foodservice, manufacturing (our specialty field too), hospitality, and other industries. Fingers crossed we won’t get lost around the whole progressive grandeur.
MAY • 20th-22nd
Seamless Digital Commerce
Dubai, UAE
Not that we were fans of long flights, but figure this one won’t hurt much. As we’re visiting Dubai’s Digital Commerce Expo at their World Trade Center, fancy that!
Just like everything in that clime, the event is predestined to be giant and gorgeous over the top. 25,000 attendees, 800 speakers, 750 exhibitors, and zero chance to leave without having dropped your jaw. The future of digital commerce in the making.
The show is announced as the top destination for digital marketers, retailers, eCommerce folks, and merchant payment movers and shakers to converge, flesh out the trends, and foster innovative collaborations with SMEs. Sounds like a real-deal promise.

Shoptalk Europe
Barcelona, Spain
Can’t imagine a summer without Spain, so we hit the road to Barcelona. This June the city becomes a hub for retail crème de la crème.
You be the judge: last year’s participants were an absolute walk of fame, from Amazon and Adidas to Shopify and The Coca-Cola Company. This time, the international squad of keynote speakers features C-level folks from AWWG, Holland & Barrett, Procter & Gamble, Valentino, KIKO Milano, and more international icons.
Over 160 market leaders and 4,500+ boldest innovators are going to unveil their revamping-via-digital-transformation secrets, revealing how their consumers’ journey evolves. Quite a suspense, agree?

Guess by this time we’d be a tiny bit tired of monstrously massive shows, so we have an eye on this cozy European get-together thrown right at the Austrian Post premises for around a hundred B2B eCommerce enthusiasts, specific as that.
Especially given that the event aims to drive a lasting impact for industry insiders, having a laser-sharp focus on what’s bugging us B2B-targeted companies. Anticipating pleasant networking, lots of creativity, and a stylish celebration of the 20th conference round.

eTail Europe
London, United Kingdom
June’s going to be hot! Now, London calling. We cannot but rush to the QEII Conference Centre where eTail, the eCommerce and omnichannel conference for European retailers, promises us no less than a year’s worth of content in two days, with zero commercials and fluff. Absolutely going to check whether this one’s relevant.
So, what have we here? For the highly democratic £199, we’ll join curated everyday networking sessions and understand how to help our clients grow revenue from their online businesses. Interestingly, participants flock from all kinds of verticals, from travel and electronics to arts and beauty.
Speakers from leading retail and manufacturing companies, CEOs, CCOs, and more Senior and VP-level marketers and online commerce pros will dwell on interactive action-powered strategies, driving customer loyalty and UX optimization, data analytics, and content personalization. The Online Retailer Conference & Expo

We’re back in business for utopian tech-first cities to get amazed at Australia's premier eCommerce show. This year, the ICC Sydney in Darling Harbour becomes a stage for the industry’s most brilliant minds.
Aching to tap into over 12 content streams communicating practical strategies from hundreds of national and global eCommerce experts. Also, a wealth of interactivity is announced, from workshops to learning panels to snug fireside chats.

This August, the venue brings together marketers and all sorts of fellow digital commerce big-shots. Excited to buzz over what’s huge in our fave digital marketing department, this never gets old.
On this year’s menu, lead generation strategies, AI-based eCommerce (nowhere to be hiding from this, yep), business scaling, content monetization, traffic diversification, attribution, and tracking in all its forms, and beyond. Jeez, we’re so in!

eCommerce Expo
London, United Kingdom
Long time no see, London! We are back to witness your breathtakingly gloomy fall as we visit the UK's biggest eCommerce event, the grandiose Expo at the ExCel.
The B2C/B2B-focused conference announces digging deep into all things eCommerce, from the operational standpoint to logistics and customer acquisition. With the international crew of speakers comprising experts from The Coca-Cola Company, Mars Food & Nutrition, Shopify, H&M, TikTok, Duolingo, and beyond, the show is undoubtedly going to be sold out.
Besides, it’s two shows at once! The thing is, the Expo shares a location with Technology for Marketing, yet another UK-leading B2B/B2C Marketing and AI conference. One shot, two scores! Yet another prime destination for food distribution whales where world-famous speakers inspire other business disruptors and shape the industry’s future. Namedropping Nick Bontis and Dr. Pippa Malmgren as keynote speakers, the event has a large blockbuster promise.
For a reason, the hosts ask us to prepare to be inspired, entertained, and slightly starstruck, which we diligently submit. Because just picture that: 40,000 square feet expo featuring food distribution gizmos, over 1,500 attendees, engagement with NFL legends, Deloitte among the sponsors, and the IFDA Truck Driver Hall of Fame banket for good measure.
Can a modest foodservice contributor dream of greater splendor? Hardly ever.
OCTOBER • 8-9th
eCommerce Expo Asia
Singapore
Speaking of splendor, on second thought we can come up with a thing. We, for one, can’t get enough of eCommerce and martech and would be jumping at a chance to visit the Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Center.
Did you know that last year the show housed over 26,000 attendees? Mind-blowing, huh? Now, imagine the level of networking, panel discussions, and strategic discoveries it brings to the table.
Hundreds of APAC enterprises, seven major tech sessions, and expos covering eCommerce, martech, cloud and AI infrastructures, big data technologies, cyber security, and whatnot. The exhibition is going to be buzzing with unimaginable business scalability and longevity solutions, and this is all too fantastic to get out of our heads.

Strategy Summit: B2B Marketing & eCommerce

Also running in our heads non-stop, another great opportunity to foster our B2B commerce know-how without leaving Europe. The conference’s agenda is the pure essence of what we at Amitech Group have been nurturing last years.

Believe the high sales season with its Cyber Mondays and entire Cyber Weeks will be enough on our plate to be planning more burdensome activities. So we’re expecting to witness some eye-opening eCommerce records that beat this year’s ones, hands down.
With an annual revenue growth rate of 9.49%, online sales have every chance to take the planet by storm in some couple of years.
Ours is to ensure a decent, accessible, and highly sustainable customer experience through the shopping journey. This is exactly why we’re so mad about continuous education.
Besides, composing our dream eCommerce event calendar for 2025 is a heck of an amusing activity!
